Recipe By : Evelyn Salit, Whitestone, NY1/2 pound cream cheese
1/2 pint sour cream
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1/2 lb. egg noodles (medium wide)
1/2 Tsp vanilla
1/2 cup raisins
1 stick butter or margarine.
Boil noodles in unsalted water with a little oil.
Drain and add 1/2 of butter. Stir.
Combine with remaining ingredients except raisins and cornflakes. Mix
Add raisins. Mix.
Grease pan (9"x15" inch) and add noodle mixture.
Sprinkle with cornflakes.
Bake 1 hour at 350F.
